Terms & Conditions

By booking a service, purchasing a product, or downloading any resource from Izzy on the IOM, you agree to the following terms:

Services & Advice

All support, resources, and advice provided are based on personal experience, industry knowledge, and creative practice. I do not guarantee specific results (such as increased followers, sales, or engagement), as these depend on multiple factors beyond my control.

You are responsible for how you implement the guidance provided.

 Usage & Ownership

All content I create for you — including branding sheets, content plans, video drafts, templates, or digital handouts — is for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim authorship of materials or templates.

  • You may post content I’ve helped you create, but I retain the right to showcase it in my portfolio (unless you request otherwise).

  • Handouts and digital downloads may not be shared publicly or distributed to others unless explicitly stated.

 

Content & Video Ownership

For any videos, reels, or edited content I create for you:

  • You own the final exported file and may use it across your platforms.

  • I retain rights to the original project files and editing structure.

  • I may share snippets on my own channels as examples of work (with credit to you) unless you request otherwise.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. I will always try to be flexible — life happens — but repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Non-Profit & Discounted Work

Discounted or pro bono support is offered at my discretion and depends on availability. These services are treated with the same respect and structure as paid ones, but may be limited or paused during busy periods.

 

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. You will always be notified of major changes if you're an active client or participant.
